I’m Sevda Leavy —born in Baku, raised in a family where medicine was basically a second religion. Grandma was the nerve guru, Mom fixed everything else, and my aunt handled emotional CPR like a pro. It was a full-on dream team. But even with all that expertise around me, life still managed to knock me sideways.
So I went searching. I pulled from U.S. universities, Tibetan monasteries, and Peruvian shamans—building my own healing toolkit piece by piece. After exploring 45+ countries and just about every method out there, one thing became clear: there’s no one-size-fits-all. Over the past 15 years, I’ve been refining my own kind of alchemy—a flexible, holistic framework for lasting well-being that actually adapts to real-life challenges.
