I’m Sevda Leavy, Baku-born in a four-generation medical clan where cardiology charts shared space with cookbooks. Grandma—our resident neurologist—could spot my jitters faster than I could say baklava, yet she waved off psychotherapy as “soft science, like Jell-O"


Then life cranked up the heat: sudden moves, epic heartbreak, burnout so deep even our pharmacy-grade tea couldn’t reach it. I chased cures across three continents—coaching in San Diego, psychotherapy in St. Petersburg, meditation in Kathmandu, shamanic work in Yucatán—clocking 4,500 training hours. Each modality worked—but only on its terms. Fixed locations, set schedules, hours (or days) most people can’t squeeze between meetings.


So I spliced the best of them into a trauma-aware, clinic-meets-wisdome framework that travels light and works in a weekend.
