I’ve completed 4,500 + hours of psychotherapy and counseling training across multiple modalities, studying with schools and mentors on three continents. Add to that a Master’s in Economics & Information Systems from Moscow State University of Economics and Statistics, and you get a blend of clinical depth and systems thinking. The result: holistic, trauma-aware coaching that speaks to the real-world pressures expats, nomads and immigrants face.
My background includes:
– Humanistic and group therapy (Harmony Institute of Psychotherapy, St. Petersburg)
– Cognitive psychotherapy (Institute of Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology, Moscow)
– Wellness coaching and holistic health (Karma Management School, Moscow)
– Gestalt therapy (International Gestalt School, Moscow)
– Psychosynthesis (Institute of Spiritual Psychology “Concord,” Colrain, MA)
– Transformational coaching (Accomplishment Coaching, San Diego, CA)
– Meditation practice (Chopra Center, Carlsbad, CA & Kopan Monastery, Kathmandu, Nepal)
I’m currently continuing my training in clinical psychology.
