Bridge the gap from living abroad to living your best life.
With 15+ years of international counselling behind me, I blend evidence-based and holistic practices to turn global-life stress into sustainable, culture-attuned thriving that stays with you wherever you go.
The numbers matched that private protest: 77% of location-independent professionals reported burnout; nearly 40% of corporate expats cut assignments short for anxiety or depression; and over half of immigrants report chronic loneliness. I wasn’t alone. In foreign lands we often get stuck in limbo, and the thriving we’d moved for stays stubbornly out of reach.
I looked for solutions and kept finding tidy, single-track fixes that treat symptoms, not systems. So I created Thrive — a whole-person framework that fuses clinically-informed mind-body work with traditional soul practices to craft tailored care plans. When those plans crystallise into daily habits, wellbeing holds steady and you keep thriving wherever life moves you.
Moving abroad isn’t a change of address. It’s more like complex trauma: your nervous system, routines, and relationships all shift at once. Because modern life normalizes poor sleep, low mood, and quick fixes, most people end up unsupported. At best they get fragmented care: relocation coaches, adaptation apps, and influencer tips — useful pieces that don't add up.
Thrive closes that gap with one coherent plan. It sequences trauma-aware inner work, proven body-and-soul practices, and culture-tuned adaptation so each step reinforces the next. The outcome isn’t a spa day. It's portable habits and skills that turn “thriving” from a vacation into daily life.

The mileage between passport stamps wasn’t all postcards. Every crossing tugged at half-healed hurts — depression, identity whiplash, the loneliness no expat posts about. Untangling those knots became my life’s work: meditation training in Kathmandu, psychotherapeutic study in St Petersburg, coaching in San Diego, and more — roughly 4,500 training hours across cultures.
Those miles forged a practice that blends hard science with culture-attuned soul work, helping immigrants, expats, and nomads not just arrive but actually thrive. Clients say I help them rewrite the story behind their feeds — my Xolo still claims partial credit.
